What do we do?

We are building the future of RPA. Phase 1 of our vision is to build an agentic, workflow automation platform for healthcare that solves manual paperwork saving 100s of hours of wait time for patients seeking critical care or medical equipment. Seed funded by Lightspeed.

5 reasons to Join Coral?

Fastest growing Healthcare Enterprise AI platform: Scaled to multi-million dollars in ARR in < 6 months of selling

Fast-paced, high-ownership “Full-Stack” culture: Every member has a direct view of how their work contributes to revenue and customer success.

Learn from the best: Backed by Lightspeed. Monthly All-Hands with Leaders from OpenAI, Zapier and others.

Solve difficult and impactful problems: Our platform reduces waiting time for patients to receive additional care from 5 days to under 3 hours + reduce manual document processing by 90%. If you want to solve complex problems in OCR, NLP/U, UX and Agentic workflows that are mission critical, we are a top destination.

Top-Tier perks and compensation: Market-leading compensation and equity with massive upside potential. Get access to healthcare, flexible working and world-class office spaces.

What You’ll Do

You’ll bring domain expertise in infusion therapy (IV infusions, oncology, biologics, DME) to help trycoral.ai’s product & modelling teams design accurate automation workflows and training data for our AI platform.

Serve as subject-matter-expert for infusion therapy workflows: protocols, documentation, payer eligibility, tubing changes, infusion combinations, complications.

Review and annotate clinical workflows, identify key process-steps where automation may reduce manual burden (for infusion centers, DME suppliers).

Collaborate with engineering/ML teams: validate training data for infusions, ensure model outputs match real-world infusion operations.

Provide guidance on how prior authorizations, clinical documentation, infusion changes and DME interplay.

Develop training materials or domain-reference documents for internal teams (engineering, sales, product) on infusion-workflow specifics.

What We're Looking For

5+ years working as an infusion nurse, clinician, pharmacist or similar role in infusion therapy settings.

Deep familiarity with infusion documentation, payer requirements for infusion services, supplies and equipment.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills: able to translate infusion domain knowledge into technical product/design language.

Comfortable working remotely and participating in brainstorming/data-review sessions with engineering.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare IT, infusion-therapy platforms, infusion DME workflows.

Understanding of coding, billing (CPT, HCPCS) for infusion services and documentation flows.
