What You’ll Do
As Demand Generation Leader, you’ll own the strategy and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive qualified pipeline for trycoral.ai. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and operations to build scalable funnel velocity and accelerate growth.
Define and operate the demand-gen engine: paid media (LinkedIn, Google), account-based marketing (ABM), content syndication, webinars and events.
Create and optimise nurture tracks: website conversion, email sequences, lead scoring and automation.
Partner with sales to define ICP (ideal customer profile), develop segmentation and target accounts with appropriate campaigns.
Analyze funnel performance metrics (MQL → SQL → opportunity) and iterate on campaigns for improved conversion and ROI.
Manage marketing-automation stack (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), implement lead scoring, segmentation, dashboards.
Run experiments: creative messaging, landing pages, offers, flows; iterate quickly based on data.
Collaborate with product and customer-success for case studies, references and input into GTM-messaging.
What We're Looking For
8+ years in B2B SaaS demand-generation or marketing operations, ideally in healthcare or enterprise tech.
Deep experience with marketing automation, lead-scoring, CRM integration and funnel analytics.
Strong data-orientation: comfortable analysing results, drawing insights and iterating campaigns.
Experience working in a fast-growth startup or scale-up environment, showing self-motivation and agile execution.
Preferred
Experience with ABM and enterprise-sales marketing (e.g., targeting health systems or payers).
Familiarity with healthcare buyer-journeys, provider/payer segments or regulatory/clinical workflow topics.
Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
