What You’ll Do

You will be the front-line in expanding our sales funnel: identifying prospects (health systems, payers, DME suppliers), engaging them, generating interest and qualifying opportunities for our enterprise-sales team. You should thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you help plant the seeds for scalable growth.

Map and research potential accounts: healthcare providers, payer organisations, DME suppliers understand their admin bottlenecks and pain-points.

Run outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, social) to drive one-on-one conversations with decision-makers (VP/Director level: revenue cycle, operations, IT).

Conduct discovery-calls to uncover workflows, key pain-points (e.g., prior auth delays, high denial rates) and determine how trycoral.ai’s solution can help.

Qualify leads using agreed criteria, then schedule further meetings with senior sales.

Input and maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) including activities, notes, pipeline stage, forecasting.

Work closely with marketing to provide feedback from the field messaging, value props, and objection handling.

Hit monthly/quarterly quota of qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years in B2B outbound sales or business development ideally in health-tech, SaaS, or healthcare services.

Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable cold-calling and email outreach.

Strong research, persistence and ability to manage a pipeline of activity.

Familiarity with CRM tools and prospect-ing databases (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

A genuine interest in healthcare technology, healthcare workflows and automation.

Self-starter, comfortable in a rapidly‐changing company environment.

Preferred but not required

Prior experience selling into healthcare providers, payers or medical device / DME markets.

Experience with sales automation tools or sequence-based outreach platforms.

Basic understanding of healthcare administration (prior auth, eligibility checks, denials) helpful, but we will train.
